History of Japanese state

History of Japanese state.
Japan is now recognized by the world community is no longer a developing country but be a developed country .. This is evidenced by a growing number of products that circulate in the international market and the majority in every country wherever there was definitely a product of Japan. Such as electronics, transportation, clothing, consumption or Japanese restaurants are now everywhere, and other raw materials.

Japanese nationals who are not so widespread in asia region. But Japan was able to beat other Asian countries. Japan itself is a vast country + - 378.000km2 (some are mentioned only 370 000 km2). That means only 1 / 25 of the American countries and even smaller than California.

Based on geographical and historical circumstances, Japan is divided into nine areas of 47 prefectures. The nine regions are Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto, Chubu, Kinki, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu, and Okinawa. Being the four main islands are Hokkaido, Honshu, Shikoku, and Kyushu.

In addition to the monster known as a product, Japan is also known as a country full of mystery because of question marks and history. Starting from religion, language, culture, population, until the beginning of the islands. If America was discovered by Columbus?, It is not so with Japan.

Beginning of the Japanese islands began during Palaozoic. At that time, Japan is still the bottom of the ocean. After entering the Mesozoic period, the ocean floor is experiencing change and establish a connect with the Asian mainland. However, at the end of the third period Cenozoik, land was returned to the ocean floor.

In the period of time Deluvium IV, seabed arises again and again fused with Asia. After experiencing many changes of nature and weather, the ice age-3 (Dilivium), which together with the Asian mainland is gradually decreased to form the Japanese archipelago is today.

Japan which has a three-fourths of the mountains or + 70% of the total land has four distinct seasons. The four seasons are spring / emotion (March-May), hot / Natsu (June-August), cold / Fuyu (September - November), autumn / battery (December-February). Although the changes of climate & weather highly anticipated Japanese society, Japan was highly prone to earthquakes and natural disasters due to its unique geographical location filled with mountains and hills.

The inhabitants of Japan itself derived from some countries that bersinggah and buying and selling. Many different parties will argue this. Ordinary people tend to assume that was the Ainu as Japan's first resident. However, opinion is not justified. Others also mentioned that the natives or Japanese ancestors are the ones with Jomon culture. This is because he had discovered fossils of the Jomon culture.

There are other opinions that mention, and known as South-North theory that the ancestors of the original Japanese came from mainland Asia to live and named himself as Kikajin that began in the era of Yayoi.

Southern theory states that the Japanese ancestors came from Southeast Asia such as Tibet, Taiwan, South West Pacific Islands, Malay, and even Indonesia. This theory can be justified by the discovery of the way farming is done by their ancestors by making fields.

North mentions other theories. Mentioned here that the ancestors of the Japanese mainland from central Asia such as Mongol, Manchuria, Siberia, and Turkey. The theory can also be justified because the grammar is used in everyday Japanese msyarakat accordance with the arrangement of the Korean language, the Urals, Turkey, and so on.

Until the Japanese current conditions we are familiar with the sophistication of its technology, the Japanese turned the flow of time has passed a long history, until finally formed their character as we see today. Following a brief review of the nation's history starting from the prehistoric era

Period in Japan

Basically, Japan has a lot of time in accordance with changing times and power. However, Japan is divided roughly into five periods. The period covers

Centuries old or so-called 'Kodai'. This period covers the time of primitive / Genshi Jidai (3rd century), Yamato era (592), Nara period (710), and An Hei era (794-1192)

Prehistoric

Archaeological research indicates that early humans inhabited the Japanese have at least 600,000 years ago, during the Lower Paleolithic. After a couple of ice ages that occurred during millions of years ago,

Japan several times connected to mainland Asia via the land bridge (with Sakhalin in the north, and the possibility of Kyushu in the south), thus allowing the movement of people, animals, and plants to the Japanese islands from the territory that is now China and Korea.

Paleolithic Period Japanese produce equipment that has been polished stone of the first in the world, circa 30,000 BCE. With the end of the last ice age and the coming of the warmer periods, Jomon culture emerged at around 11,000 BC, which is characterized by hunter-gatherer lifestyle (hunter-gatherer) semi-sedentism Mesolithic to Neolithic and earliest manufacture of pottery in the world. It is estimated that the Jomon people were the ancestors of the tribe Proto-Japanese and the Ainu of today.

The start of the Yayoi period around 300 BC marked the influx of new technologies such as rice farming, irrigation and permbuatan iron and bronze, which was taken as well as migrants from Korea, China and other parts of Asia. Kofun period followed a period in about the year 250, which is characterized by the establishment of the countries a strong military.

In the year 538, the arrival of Buddhism marked the onset of Classical Period. Classical Period According to traditional Japanese mythology, Japan was founded by Emperor Genie in the 7th century BC, who started the chain of emperors who still have not given up until now.

Even so, throughout its history, for most of the real power in the hands of members of the palace, the shoguns, the military, and in modern times, the prime minister. Part history of Japan left the record began in the 5th century and 6th centuries AD, when Chinese writing system, Buddhism, and other Chinese culture were introduced Baekje, a kingdom in Korea.

Through the Taika Changes in Command 645, Japan reinforce the use of Chinese cultural practices, and reorder system of government with the example of China. This paved the way for the Chinese Confucian philosophy (Confucianism) is dominant in Japan until the 19th century.

Nara period in the 8th century marked a strong Japanese state centered on an imperial palace in the city Heijō-kyo (now Nara). Imperial court later moved to Nagaoka and then Heian-kyo (now Kyoto), start the "golden age" of classical Japanese culture called the Heian period.

Middle Ages

Japan's medieval era characterized by the emergence of a ruling class of warriors called samurai. In 1185, general Minamoto no Yoritomo was the first to be the ruler at the same time with the Emperor; he came to power in Kamakura, south of Yokohama today.

After Yoritomo's death, another warrior clan, Hojo, came to rule as regents for the shoguns. Shogunate managed to repel Mongol Mongol rule of China's territory in 1274 and 1281. Although the Kamakura shogunate was somewhat stable, Japan soon broke out to the factions which fought each other in a period that became known as the Age of Warring States or Sengoku period.

In the 16th century, traders and missionaries from Europe arrived in Japan for the first time, began a period of "NANBAN" ("the barbarians of the South") filled commercial and cultural exchanges are active between Japan and the Western world. Around the same time, Oda Nobunaga, Toyotomi Hideyoshi, and Tokugawa Ieyasu, increasingly strong control over the warring countries.

Handling Nobunaga against arbitrary state and authoritarian rulers who made it unpopular, although his military genius can not be denied.

Colonization of Korea Hideyoshi conducted in 1592 also made his name tainted in Japanese history, especially after the Japanese had expelled the troops of the Ming Dynasty of China and the Korean navy.

Tokugawa finally unite the country after defeating his enemies at the Battle of Sekigahara in 1600, and moved the capital to Edo (now Tokyo) and start the Tokugawa Shogunate. Tokugawa shogunate, suspicious of the influence of Catholic missionaries, barred all relations with the Europeans except for severely restricted contacts with Dutch traders in Dejima island.

They also become more cautious of trade with China, especially after the Manchus conquered China and established the Qing Dynasty. Korea mastered Manchu tribe in 1637, and the Japanese fear the possibility of invasion of the Manchus. Thus, the country became even more isolated than ever before. This self-confinement period ended two and a half centuries later, during the political unity known as the Edo period, which is considered to be the height of Japan's medieval culture.

Modern Age

In 1854, U.S. Commodore Matthew C. Perry forced the opening of Japan to the West with the Convention of Kanagawa. The samurai who think that this shows the weakness of the shogunate held a revolt that led to the Boshin War in 1867-8. Shogunate party eventually backed down and restore power to the Meiji Restoration the Emperor. Japan adopted numerous Western institutions in the Meiji period, including a modern government, legal system, and the military.

These changes transformed the Empire of Japan into a world power which defeated China in the Sino-Japan and Russia in the Russo-Japanese War. By 1910, Japan controlled Taiwan, half of Sakhalin, and Korea.

Beginning of the 20th century had become a witness to the "Taisho democracy" which then covered the rise of Japanese nationalism. In 1936, Japan signed the Anti-Comintern Pact and joined with Germany and Italy to form an alliance axis. In 1937, Japan invaded Manchuria, which led to the Sino-Japanese War (1937).

In 1941, Japan attacked the U.S. naval base at Pearl Harbor, bringing America into World War II. After a long campaign in the Pacific Ocean, Japan lost the territories which originally had, and the U.S. begin strategic bombing of Tokyo, Osaka and other major cities as well as the atomic bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

Japan finally surrendered to the Allies on August 15, 1945. American occupation officially ended in 1952, although U.S. forces still retain important bases in Japan, especially in Okinawa.

Japan uses a new constitution since 1947, which established the country as democratic pacifist. After occupation, Japan's gross domestic product grew into one of the largest economies in the world under a program of aggressive industrial development, protectionism, and delays to the U.S. strategic defense.

Although the stock market had fallen sharply in 1990 and the country is still not fully recovered from this, Japan remains a world economic power and lately has started to rise as a strategic force by sending non-combat troops to the Gulf War , United Nations humanitarian efforts to rebuild Cambodia, and the U.S. invasion of Iraq in 2003-2009, Japan is the second largest economic power in the World.

Amid the global economic crisis that swept the world, Japan is the only country that actually skyrocketed up the money exchange rate, although on the one hand the negative impact was felt in the sector of export goods.

Governmental infrastructure amazing since prehistoric times to modern times become a real example of how a country that upholds the culture will continue to exist from time to time.

Until the Japanese current conditions we are familiar with the sophistication of its technology, the Japanese turned the flow of time has passed a long history, until finally formed their character as we see today.
